Cisco
You must have heard us talking. We had our first planning meeting yesterday.
The date for the Cisco event is Thursday, April 20th. It will be held at the
bldg 9 Vineyard conference center and in the parking lot behind it. The time is
not confirmed. It will either be during the middle of the day like last year or
towards the end of the day and will include children's activities.
We will keep you posted on the progress.
Let me know what you want to do . Will it be the same as last year or are you
planning more activity this year?
Could you please provide us the contact for the ZAP cycles.
Thanks

I am working with Cisco Systems to coordinate exhibitors and logistics
for the 30th Anniversary Earth Day Fair, which they are celebrating on
Thursday, April 20th, probably from 11:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.

The Cisco Fair should be a really successful event. We've coordinated
Cisco's Health Fair for four years. Cisco employees are a very
inquisitive group. They really like to be educated. Additionally,
Cisco promotes a very ^Searth friendly^T environment.

This is an fyi copy for you.
I will be contacting her to secure:
- the location
- logistics
- charging area
- access
- public coverage
- ride route & City risk concerns
- total estimated public 'head count' (20k, 30k?)

Mike can I plan on your gen2 NiMH EV1 attendance?
if so, will you give rides?

Gary Billingsley (Ford Ranger EV dealer) has show interest
in attending.

All the legwork that Bob Mueller and Mike have done with
Robert Camp hopefully will pay off, when I ask him to
provide an Insight HEV from the Palo Alto Honda Dealership
he now works for.

I want your feed back on the idea:
static displays - many of our best looking conversion EVs
rides - production EVs, conversions as needed
